I ordered a flag pole with the upgraded top light on 10/5/23. As of this communication, nearly a month later, I haven't received anything. I've emailed their customer service several times asking for a status update, and had one reply early on, stating they would look into it. No other communications, no follow-up nothing else since. Again, I emailed and asked for an update or a full refund if they weren't going to ship the order. Still no replies. My last email this morning was to alert them I would be sending a complaint as well as forewarning any other patrons that were thinking of making a purchase from a "veteran owned" company. WARNING, veteran owned does not mean honest and good customer service. From what I have experienced, purchasing from the Stand Flag Pole company is the same as throwing your hard earned money away. What's worse, is I'm a Desert Storm Vet that just wanted to have a patriotic flag pole in my front yard while supporting a veteran owned business. The $219.00 is a lot of money, but the feeling of being swindled is a lot worse. PLEASE BUYER BE WARE!!! And for those that have had success with Stand Flag Poles, you're the lucky ones. Resolution Sought Receive my order in a timely manner, or be refunded immediately.
