No longer qualify for lifeline, called several times and spoke with many different agents, and was assured I could keep same phone number and just purchase top up. Found out that isn't true. Then did online chat, was told I could do prepaid, that wasn't true either. Now I have no phone, am senior with no phone. Could have purchased another service if I had been given correct information. Now I will be several days with no phone while waiting for new phone, plus having to get new phone number. Do better standup. Resolution Sought Train customer service to give correct information, as I am sure I am not the only one given incorrect info.

This phone company is supposed to be a government issued phone company but in the last eight months they charged me for two phones in the amount of $65.00 a piece which both malfunction and now in order for them to refund my money the want me to pay to send them the one phone back because of a warranty that I was never told about for the other phone that I paid for it all comes down to they are giving me the stand off. They won't even sent me a return slip to send the phone back to them the phone number I'm summiting (443) 934-8623 is the phone from standup wireless their phone number is 1(800) 544-4441 right now I'm going to another mobile company I just want them to refund my money and stop trying to charge me more it's not supposed to happen from free phones I'm a unsatisfied customer. Thanks for hearing me out. Resolution Sought Find a way to resolve this so I won't have to keep calling this company having them keep telling me they understand
