When I took my son there to get glasses and the company have a promotion on the window of free eye exam plus 2 pairs for $79 but charged me more. I was going to pay with cash because of the promotion but they told me his Medicaid will give him a bigger discount and it did not. I paid more with insurance than I would have paid without it. And they are telling me Medicaid did not cover it but it says with insurance. So when I called the first time, customer service asking me why I didn't ask, when it is clear the promotion is on the window. And when I called the second time, they hung up the phone. All I wanted them to tell me it was cheaper without his insurance and realize they was wrong for not telling customers of any promotion deals. Resolution Sought Give the correct discount without his insurance because they used Medicaid as a person was getting a better deal. When they knew it will charge more.
