I bought a bag of Flipz chocolate covered pretzels from a Wawa in Center Valley, Pa. this morning. When I got to the bottom of the bag of pretzels I found that there was a circle cut out in the bottom of the pouch mixed in with the pretzels. This circle punch out is from the pouch making process as it allows the "D" holes to adhear to each other when making the finish stand up pouch. This is considered product contamination and wanted to let you know. The lot number on the pouch is BB 03/19/2025 4100BF 1P 16:06. Resolution Sought I have photos of the punch out in the bag but there was no place to share them. This is an FYI to you and whoever is your packaging supplier? You can decide what you want to do? Make this right.
