I purchased four brand new tires last June. I have not come to exact date of my purchase. I have been back to this company on one occasion to have a tire repair for slow leak. I just returned back on June 1st 2022 because every tire is bald. I received my oil changes at another company each time my service is needed. I never was told there was a problem with my tires. Returning to where I purchased my tires from I'm told by a new employee that they do oil changes and service the tires but because I never returned to them not knowing they offer this service with the purchased of new tires their telling me there's nothing they can do to assist or replace my tires unless I just purchased new tires again. I paid straight cash never with being told my tires were under warranty. It's not even a full year and all tires are no good. What can I do in this situation? Resolution Sought Replacement/or offer a better discount.
