This is the Starbucks located inside of target in Hammond Louisiana. This business seems to hire anyone. I went there to get 2 coffees (I spend a lot of money there) and the girl behind the counter made me stand there for 15 minutes while she talked to a gay male coworker about a butthole! If I remember correctly her name was Chole. She is a bigger white girl with a blonde wig! She was explaining to the coworker how she was talking to a guy and she drew something on a social media (I believe Snapchat) and how it looked like a butthole! Then continued to talk about how it was similar to a butthole. Once she finally decided to take my order she handed it off to a trainee that was just standing there and I had to wait another 15 minutes because the poor guy didn't know what to do and needed help but yet again she was talking to the other coworker and not paying attention. When she did help him it was still wrong! Wrong size and made wrong! I didn't say anything because at this point I'm disgusted and disappointed. So I took the coffees and left. Not sure if I will be returning. Resolution Sought I would like the business to do something about the worker as well as either my money back or a gift card. Not really out for money just to get this girl the proper training on how to have customer service and to know when a conversation is appropriate because it definitely wasn't while standing behind a counter with a customer standing there.
