Poor Customer Service!!

Placed a mobile order at Starbucks 29036 Gratiot avenue Roseville MI 48066 at around 4pm. i get there twenty minutes later and my drinks haven't been made yet, another five minutes go by and i nicely ask if they were still working on my order the shift supervisor then explained that there was gonna be a wait because of their buy one get one promotion everyone was getting two drinks and they only had 3 baristas. I spent a total of 40 minutes in the store waiting for two coffees to be made while I sat there and watched about 20 people in the drive-through get their orders and go. This was extremely upsetting considering I had already already paid for mine I also watched multiple people leave upset because they waited 30 minutes for coffees and never got it after already paying. Meanwhile they were taking new orders and making those while people were still waiting. I go to Starbucks typically every other day and I will not be returning to this location employees are careless and disrespectful. If they knew they were having a buy one get one they should've had more than three employees on staff, one of the three employees was a trainee who had no idea what they were doing. Given the circumstances mobile orders should have been turned off but instead they allowed people to wait 40 minutes to receive items they paid for while taking new orders from people. I am extremely disgusted the conditions of Starbucks are horrendous as well. Properly staff the location and at least pretend to care about the customers. It's common sense that if a restaurant is understaffed and can barely keep up with the people that are coming there they should not be allowing people to place orders not knowing that they're going to have to wait 40 minutes to receive them because you can't even see the location when you aren't there hence mobile ordering. I've had to call corporate on this location numerous times now.
