I want the store to receive the bad feedback it deserves!

The store at 6333 Kalamazoo avenue in Grand Rapids, Michigan has made my last 3 drinks and 1 of my mothers terrible poor! The products they use, syrup, etc was used very sparingly! All 4 drinks! I took my first one back late last week and the manager gave me a hard time questioning me on my honesty. And even took the drink back! It was sipped twice but it was USED! So, anyways, it is obvious they are cutting cost and I was treated rudely! I've been going to this store for years! Like decades! But apparently they are doing things different and the prices are ridiculous for the lousy job at making lattes now! I should get my money back but I want the store to receive the bad feedback it deserves! I'm extremely upset especially with those prices!
