On July 12th 2025 I went to the station bank in Mandan ND to cash a check given to me by one of their customers they refuse to cash the check because I was not one of their customers Resolution Sought I would like that thay day would have to cash their own checks

On 7/24/25 Starion Bank received notice regarding a complaint filed with your organization concerning a non-customer not being able to cash a check drawn on Starion Bank. It is the policy of Starion Bank to not cash checks for non-customers.
