I paid deposit on 5/12/21 for complete roof repair they came back several weeks later fixed a quarter of my roof and have only returned months later to replace a tarp that the wind ripped off my roof instead of finishing the job. I am very displeased with this contractor for a two day job turning into 7 months and still not complete end every time we do make contact with him which is rarely he has excuses and not answers and he being a member of the BBB I hope there's something that can be done to resolve this ,I would never recommend this contractor to anyone, I am very unsatisfied for a job that was started midsummer and we're going into winter now with a unfinished roof and I do have a signed contractual agreement between Starkes roofing and myself. Thanks, Resolution Sought This contract is for roof and ceiling repair from water damage if they will just finish my roof I'll find someone else to do my ceilings if it takes this long for the roof work, they will definitely not touch my ceilings and I see the next section is to rate them, but I can't because they don't deserve any stars! sorry
