We lost internet service on Jan 1st we sent a request to Starlink and no response. My wife is deaf and we use the service for both tv and internet and for her to communicate. What options do you recommend. We have to drive 6 miles to get service on our cells. Resolution Sought For starlink to communicate a solution if there is one. We have tried for nine days and they are ignoring or don't care.
