That a full inspection from top to bottom be performed.

This store has sewage water with feces and other stuff flowing up onto the lot the smell is horrible. They have men who run behind the dumpster to urinate and the stench from that is disgusting. The kitchen workers do not wear hair nets or gloves when handling food. Rat droppings have been seen as well.
