Purchased some parts which we needed the next day and they charged us an expedite Priority Overnight fee of $54.80. we didn't get parts until 3 days later. Obviously we couldn't do the job without the parts and lost a long time customer because of it. StarTechTel offered no credit or even the option to return parts we no longer need for credit. SAID IT WAS NOT THEIR PROBLEM. Resolution Sought Refund expedite charge of $54.20.
