Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Stash owes me $139 for the fraudulent transactions. Stash Stole $139 from my Wells Fargo checking account for a Subscription plan that I didn't even sign up for and I've been trying to close the Subscription Plan for almost 3 years now an 3 dollars is what stash keep charging me (As Shown in the Picture) then once there no more money left in my Wells Fargo checking account for stash to take they will overcharge me which causes Wells Fargo to charge me overdraft fees and stash won't let me cancel the subscription plan that I haven't agreed to which caused massive amount of fraud on my Wells Fargo checking account. Also thanks to stash for committing so much fraud on my Wells Fargo checking account that I couldn't pay off, now my Wells Fargo checking account is permanently closed and now I'm in debt. Resolution Sought Stash makes this right by just refunding me back the $139 that you wrongly charged me for the theft & fraud that you have committed.

I had some stocks that made money when I went to bed my stock was 37 dollars and some change I asked them to sell my stock when I woke up the next morning last thing he was worked like 721 I asked him to sell my stock and all of a sudden there was an issue with my account they locked me out of my account well I meant to be able to get in and take a look at it today and it's down to $27 and some change now they locked me out they shouldn't be able to do anything with my account and they refused to give me my stock to disappeared and they also put me in the negative at my bank at GNC interview Federal credit Union in New Castle Pennsylvania but I had talked to a guy last night from staff support and he said my money was there now all the sudden it is gone and they're trying to say that I asked them to withdraw money from my external Bank and I did not I asked him to deposit money into my bank they got my external Bank down to zero which only had $50 in it thank God and they refuse to give me my stock money the two things that I invested on was McDonald's and some form of cannabis stock and they're no longer in my portfolio they are gone I would like something to be done this is so unfair I was actually having fun with the app until they pulled this cuz like I said they didn't lock me out until I asked for them to sell my stock and then they locked me up they said there was a identity issue with my account and by the time I get into which was today which is the 9th then they sai Resolution Sought Then they said I asked for a loan and I just asked him to sell my stock so I could get my reward investments I guess you would say what I want is to get what's owed to me and hold them accountable.
