Had a complaint but ended with good customer service.

I had some complaints due to timeliness. But as people were made aware. Supervisor and even the employee working on the claim did not raise a fuss about me talking to a supervisor. This does help. I am glad I chose State Auto even with the few aggravations. I believe now, they meant well.
