I have had an open claim with my ins co in terre haute at State Farm Kendall Woodard for over 2 1/2 years.. an open claim.. i was allotted 16k for siding and all i was given $7014.96 and carpet replacement cost of $631.69.. i have 2 (covered holes) in my house where the firemen went thru.. allowing all kinds of animals to get in.. I've never filled a claim until now and i am 60 years old . I need this resolved! Resolution Sought Pay the contracter the rest of the money

My car was hit by there insurer his name was Beau West policy # 2593820-sfp35 they accepted fault but trying to get payment has been really bad I've been called names and everytime I speak to someone they tell me they need this they need that so on and so on and the adjuster will not call me back at all to tell me anything no body will. I call and they start from beginning like I am starting all over again .the adjuster name is Cindy montique the 3 calls to her and she won't tell me anything this is the worst experience with the worst company ever I never ask for this insurer to hit me ?but, they sure are treating me pretty bad .the guy who called me out of my name his name or I'd they go by is vah-u82 that's what I was told .at this point not sure if that's correct? a little fender bender and this has been two months now .and I was told within 4-6 buissness days they won't tell me when and where my payment is Resolution Sought Give me my money send to my address and out duress whatever they think they should give me because they said my estimate was not a good estimate they told me if I would have went with there body shop they would have already took care of this and had me in a rental after I already said I would leave my car parked until payment then I would fix it so I didn't think I neeeded a rental try to save the insurance company but I was punished for this
