On 3/15/21 ordered a special interior rearview mirror from them, they sent me a very base(common) mirror, the WRONG one. I was told to keep that mirror as a gift(It was of no use to me) they said they would get me the one I wanted. After three months of phone conversations e-mails the manager Mike Corrona promised a refund to my card account. The so called "Help Line" (1-888-204-3130) for their business does not work, always a busy tone. The manager, Mike Corrona's phone(1-219-989-6998) which is the # given for the business, rarely will he answer it. Resolution Sought I would like to get a refund, as promised more than once!
