Windows installed with cracked sashes, improper installation of tapcons, missing window bucks, missing parts to windows, trash and debris behind caulking, using materials not designed to be put against concrete (pressure treated),promised a 3 day competition it's been close to 2 months . Resolution Sought Finish my windows and doors with qualified installers I was promised

Company states: The SR Production Manager Ryan Murphy has been in contact with Mr Moye since March 25, 2024. Ryan has done a house walkthrough, with pictures on April 18, 2024. We created a punch list that is needed to Statewide Windows and Doors to order parts from the manufacturer. The customer is also aware of the product ETA date of May 17th, 2024. Once inspected, Ryan and his team will reach out to Mr. Moye to schedule a date to complete the job. Thank you for giving us time to sate our case and we look forward in the coming weeks to complete Mr. Moye's project.
