I placed order 12/10/2021. I received incorrect items, I shipped incorrect items back to Stauer. Today Tues Jan 11th 2022. I called to check status of my orig. Order. I had to give all details i.e order number, item numbers, item description of incorrect items, I was then hung up on, I called back a 3rd time gave all info again cust service said I will get it to my team so we can sell it to you again. Pushed maliciously to anger, I have spent my money , I have no product. I HAVE NEVER SPENT MONEY WITH A STORE TO BE TREATED LIKE A THIEF AND LIED TO. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Resolution Sought Ship my original order with the discount.
