I am currently deployed overseas and am under contract at my residence in Delaware. I made an appointment with the company and they gave my a quote in an email which I could not understand. I had my contractor break it down for me but he did not understand as well. I then called to ask for a proper quote in order to give my realtor and they cancelled services the next day with no explanation. Resolution Sought I simply would like my services to be scheduled as planned or an apology with an explanation from Devon Z.

We decided not to move forward with your project because we foresaw this project to be more problematic than we have time for. The inspection and repairs were already past deadline per your realtor. Also, we are in our busiest season and have contracts we need to complete and I did not want to over book the schedule. Lastly, I had our plumbers go on site to provide a written estimate, to which I was told to email, to which I was told to re-write on a word document because the email was "unprofessional". Honestly, we are just in business to help people, which is why we came to provide an estimate and tried to schedule the repairs. After being called unprofessional for doing what I was asked to do, we decided not to move forward. We wish no hard feelings and wish you the best of luck with your project.
