The consultant Matt Roland is the worst acct manager I have ever had to deal with. He doesn't return calls, emails or text. He lies and tells you he will contact you on a specific day and never does. I have been trying to reach him for 3 weeks and he never replies. I called from a different number and he answered and then disconnected the line after he realized I was already a paying customer. He will not even let me know when my contract ends or options to cancel the contract. I have never dealt with such and unethical business. I wish I could give 0 stars. Resolution Sought I would like to have my acct closed. I never want to deal with this company again. I'll pay to close it. That's how bad it is .
