Co does not follow up with items that they say are being delivered and do not respond to emails or calls and send hypothetical information instead of products that were ordered. They have a lot of complaints from customers and have not refunded customers funds as the customer has requested. This Company needs to be stopped from doing business and hurting consumers and I am requesting my refund of $4,200 deposit money asap. Appreciate your help in this matter Resolution Sought Refund my deposit asap they are not reliable and just pacify consumers the refund is $4,200 for they have Breached the contract!

Hello, thank you for opportunity to respond to Mrs, Wilkes complaint. Mrs. Wilkes contacted SteelMaster on 7/12/22 interested in purchasing a garage /storage building. After speaking with a building specialist, Mrs. Wilkes had multiple questions on the design, interior height clearances for their RV, and how the building is constructed. The building specialist also sent Mrs. Wilkes multiple emails with pictures showing exactly what's she was purchasing and would be receiving. Mrs. Wilkes has spoken with multiple representatives in multiple departments, we have been available to address her concerns as their needed. Our desire is to continue to work with Mrs. Wilkes and are we available to speak with her at any time.

Consumer states; Please be advised that we are in no way satisfied with the company's response. As I mentioned in our complaint we no longer want to deal with this company /Ryan as he has been nothing but uncooperative and very unprofessional. Also, note that when I last spoke with Ryan on the phone he called me a F**** B***** and hung up on me. This does not sound like a company who wants to work with us. I am a cancer patient and have been under too much stress losing weight dealing with this company/Ryan and just want our money back. This has been nothing but a horrible experience and we will be returning the blue prints we received today (not opened) via certified mail.

Mrs. Wilkes has been confrontational with nearly everyone she has spoken to at SteelMaster. We have remained available to speak with her, but the conversations usually involve Mrs. Wilkes yelling at our representatives. We reviewed all the phone calls with Mrs. Wilkes, NO ONE at SteelMaster used profanity on the calls. SteelMaster has been sensitive to Mrs. Wilkes needs and requests as a cancer survivor, when Mrs. Wilkes asked us to slow down, the representative slowed down and showed compassion. The representative also relayed to Mrs. Wilkes they lost a parent in the past year to cancer and understand what she's going through. During a majority of call the calls with Mrs. Wilkes, Mr. Wilkes has been present and assisting her with making decisions. We are happy to work with both Mrs. and Mr. Wilkes, and they can contact us anytime.
