I ordered one of their Disney princess mystery boxes on June 26, 2023. It is now September 3, 2023 and I still have not received my order. I've contacted them multiple times and even opened two cases with the people I used to pay with and according to everyone, unless the store refunds me don't get my money back according to the store they don't offer refunds. It has been over two months, and I still have not received my order or a refund.. the store contacted me back maybe four times basically telling me that they're not gonna give me a refund Resolution Sought I would just like you guys to message them either telling them to ship my order, shipped something equal to or greater than my order or just give me a refund
