Purchased software in 11/23 with no issues - 1/7/2026 purchased additional software and I am having multiple issues with no resolution. They are dismissive to my requests, and refusing to issue a refund for the software. This is causing me to not be able to work. I have contacted tech support for weeks and customer service and they refuse to respond to my requests Resolution Sought A refund of $3699.00 the cost of the software
