I purchased a vehicle from them. The first payment was a week late as a result of my not being aware and the 2nd payment was 2 days late. They activated a kill switch while I was miles from home. I had the car towed home by Geico and that night they Stepaneks had it towed. I had informed the that my Social Security would be paid on the 29th of July and would be in WI G h the payment but the c manager was away. I was told TY I check back th E n E xt week. I took the payment, paid it and the cashier changed her mind and returned my money because the manager was not there an E she didn't really now if she should take it. As of yet after several calls , they have yet to respond and is still in possession of the car. At The time they stopped my car, I had just gotten a job and now I don't have a vehicle. Resolution Sought I simply need the car for work. The money is no object. They assumed that I could not make the payment. It was due on the 16t, a Saturday and this happened on the18th of July. If they don't want to return my car then I need my funds back so that I can go to a more reputable dealer.
