Bought a car with full coverage INS. GAP INS. AND extended warranty. It was totaled by a deer. The ins paid what it was worth leaving 6000 dollars for gap ins. To cover. Gap would only cover 4000 because the value of the extended warranty was 2000. I was told to go to dealership and sign paper for them to have my permission to give warranty to auto finance company. I went to dealership and signed paper a month later nothing. Rumor has it they are in legal issues for pocketing that money and not validating the warranty. The guy that sold me the car said he don't work there anymore because they scr*wed him out of 2000. Coincidence the amount is roughly the same and it was my sales guy???????? Resolution Sought Do what they said they would do and should be required to do. Their dam job. I owe 2300 on a loan for a car that don't exist that had full coverage and gap insurance and the dealership warranty that they figured in to cost. Not one dollar of actually money or check changed hands that day. A news story on the front page of every paper and news station until they make good on their job
