I am a tenant for storage A2005. I am at my storage one to two times a week. I stored alot of very nice clothesb and jackets. I purchased the climate controlled unit as it was inside. Last week i entered the storage and noticed a bunch of rat droppings and was totally discusted. My friend and myself started going through tubs and clothes. There was rat piss all over some of my very expensive jackets. Inside a few of my boxes there was a rats nest . This was the most horrible gross thing i have ever came across. My beautiful clothes and shoes were ruined. These rodents chewed my socks and papers were pissed on. I cannot even dry clean these items and i feel your storage place should pay for my losses. Its obvious that you donot take the time to secure your units and prevent rodents from getting inside. I feel i should be compinsated for the rent of the unit.
