The old guy who will not give me his name I had paid for my system to be hook up the right way he none took my money want give me a receipt for what I paid for when I step on my gas my music is going in and out the took my speakers apart for me to talk out my blue tooth and call on star they will not fix it for me before I left I ask for receipt he said they didn't have em i come back the next day they put a note on door saying u got to have a receipt he kept fussing at me will not help or service me I should not have to take my car which I's a Chevy Malibu 2021 to no one else and I paid em almost 600 he mess up my amp I already had just to make me buy a new one how is this fair I took the old amp the go with my speakers to who I got them from and they told me nothing was wrong with it he Turner something which a cause no sound so I got trick into buying something I didn't need they broke my speaker box as well they are mean to black girls because they feel we don't no anything he said he didn't care for my issue I'm having what should I do the customer service is bad they make u wait in this little room with other people knowing its corv19 still Resolution Sought I would like to see if I can get my money back or replace my sound
