I was referred to this business, I assumed all the speakers in my car had blown because they were not working. Joe the owner personally worked on my car instead of telling me that my speakers were not blown but that i needed a factory amp to correct the problem. he went ahead and installed all new speakers put in a system that never worked and a screen and used a blind spot camera as a backup camera. I was not happy I had him take it all out, he did not give me a refund but kept the equipment, he claims I couldn't get my money back for. I took my car to the dealer they had to rewire my whole car because they cut sliced and rigged wires incorrectly when they took out the aftermarket equipment. Acura dealer said it was a potential fire hazard the way it was done and glad I brought it in when I did. i have two small kids who's lives could've been in danger as well as mine. 5/3/21 i came out of pocket $650 to have all rewiring done and still don't have the funds to replace the main issue which is the amp and they run $1200. he got over on me just to get money and then left me with repairing what he damaged that could have led to my car catching fire. i have lost $1784 doing business with Joe and paying to correct what he damaged all because he is money hungry. now back at square one with the same issue i came to his place of business to fix when all he had to do was be honest. Resolution Sought I want a refund on my full 1134 so that I can get my car fixed.
