If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

We have cancelled the month-to-month service, while the account became zero. Since early 2023, we have had only ONE service call. After we cancel we still get monthly statemnets. Our staff Tami keep calling them that we have cancelled their service, they told her that THEY THOUGHT WE NEEDED A YEALY CONTRACT< and we told them we NEVER had a long term contract. They cannot unilaterally force a contract to us! They still send monthly statements and keep adding to a total bill; now is $967.20. During ALL these time we never call them to have any pickup service. Resolution Sought Cancel all bills, and apologize for wrongful billing. Consumer Affairs should penalize them for their unlawful practice.
