Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. I have been waiting two weeks for my background screening, which should have been completed days ago,I have to find another job as this has taken to long. Resolution Sought If you can't handle the workload, then downsize to handle the clients that need to be on board in a timely manner.
