Well my service truck was in front of my girl friends house, I had just organized and washed it that day when sterling recovery picked up my work van and they took it... no one absolutely no one else had opened my van other then this business sterling recovery agent. The van has pad locks on all rear doors and my plumbing tools and power cordless tools were secure , the van also has an alarm and a GPS system with an on board security camera that captured a picture of the guy that picked up my van, which I will investigate him on my own. A day later I went and paid everything and then made an appointment to pick up my work van, later that day I got the appointment time and day and went at 2 pm. The young lady came out and asked me for info and keys, reluctantly I gave her the keys that were attached with rear doors with pad locks. The lady took 20 mins to come back out with my van, she quickly rushed me to sign a tablet with no info or nothing was visible, absolutely black ... just said sign for your van and go... When I looked at my rear back doors I noticed they had been opened with my keys.... as I carefully checked further noticed power cordless tools missing...Brand new Milwaukee power tool bag with all kinds of power cordless tools in it with batteries and chargers, 2 Drills, sawzall, power light, skilsaw etc. The value alone on this was 600 plus tax. Makita jack hammer was also stolen, Dewalt heavy duty grinder was also stolen, fiberglass sewer drain pro Resolution Sought I want my stuff back! Including the brand new flash lights they stole... some items has sentimental value.

Yesterday I had a scheduled court appearance at 1:30pm with the San Bernardino Superior Court when my 2015 Chevy Silverado 1500 Crew Cab was repossessed while parked at the top of our driveway while I was standing outside before they had finished hooking the vehicle up while I was protesting the towing and reciting the AB-2210 law that states a California law that protects consumers against the worst of illegal towing. Under AB 2210, if you spot a tow truck driver taking your car, and the tow truck is still on private property, the driver must release your car to you unconditionally. While I was telling the two tow truck operators to release my vehicle and stop their collection efforts they continued to hook up the chains on the tires while telling me the vehicle was ready to go and that THEY WERE GOING TO TAKE MY VEHICLE against my will and the California law AB-2210. They then told me I could dispatch law enforcement (just to get me out of the way of their towing efforts) and when they arrived they would speak to them but they would allow the tow anyway. So I told them to hold on, went back inside the house and called the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department and requested a unit to come out to our house after quickly and briefly explaining the circumstances at hand. I was on the phone with them for less than 5 minutes and after quickly hanging up the phone ran back outside to find they had taken off with my truck. B. Bailey (909) 387-3595 - Incident# SB211950 Resolution Sought I want my vehicle immediately returned and delivered to me at the address they took the vehicle from, 6100 Newcomb Street, San Bernardino, CA 92404, a fine imposed upon the operators of $2,500 as is stated within the law, AND three months in jail as is also stated within the law, and be awarded the damages outlined within the same law for illegal or excessive towing or storage fees which I am entitled to recover four times the amount of those fees in small claims court.
