Sterling United Federal Credit Union (SUFCU) has responded and resolved the complaint in question re: C. Yates. This individual signed a loan agreement and didn't feel she needed to ultimately pay, which put her in default. SUFCU ultimately charged-off the loan and exempted the loans from credit bureau reporting which is what the individual was requesting. Our federal regulator, the NCUA, has also deemed this matter as closed/resolved.

No I'm not ok with company a employee committed fraud going into my password protected checking account for 35 yrs at Sterling Federal Credit Union and the employee went into my checking account and it is password protected and without my permission or knowledge took my 1000$ line of credit and made it into signature loan that I didn't apply for and employee filled out application with my information and I have contacted you to tell you this because between and I refused to pay monthly payments I refused because I didn't consent to a signature loan I applied for Line of Credit so please approve me and go look at my payment history and you'll see I've never missed a payment and I would honestly pay the monthly amount then you'll see my credit score was 764 this the employee did hurt my score ruined my life cost me 25k You see I'm an excellent on time payer please reconsider and allow me
