I had a letter come from this place With instructions to call 18887630058 in 10 days. I called all day and kept getting VM with noted Time difference I was calling first to see what account was I tried on my way home- 5pm est to California. first off the rep answered the phone "hello" with out identifying themselves who I was speaking with Their letter claims they want to resolve an issue but the start of the call he rep was rude refused to identify themselves told me my call was being recorded when I told him I want to identify who I am speaking with & asked about account in question and documentation to be sent me. Aggressively. He threatened me he was blocking my number. And he did. So I called back from a different line. My second call I started with case # he rudely and quickly said something about a "pay day loan" I stated I don't have a payday loan, I want to resolve this & request documentation, asked his name again he told me his name was irrelevant. He wouldn't allow me to speak or asks questions about the account just threatened to see me In court. And blocked me I have never received correspondence for this said pay day loan so I asked for copies of all their documents and not only refused to answer my question, he stated he was blocking my number from calling back because I asked him his name again all he did was He identified my case # as a easy pay day loan- didn't identify what the loan was - was rude and disrespectful-disconnected call Resolution Sought Investigation of representatives treatment of respondents, is this business a legitimate business, identification of rep should be a requirement in a business in customer service. If is it a legitimate business they really need a class In customer service skills when I am taking care of an important business matter I have the right to know who I am speaking with. It all sounds really fishy to me. Call and you will see.
