A covid test sample was taken on Jan. 3, 2022 and as of today no results have been given by this Lab to me. I have made two attempts requesting my lab results via e-mail and text message and no answer as of today (Jan. 13, 2022). On their website under contact us it says - 'Please send a text message to (562) 246-8740 to request COVID-19 Test Result.' This lab had a pop-up site on the corner of Florence Ave/Atlantic Blvd., in the City of Bell, CA. and it is still there. Please look into this lab. Everyone that gives a sample (nose swab) is asked several questions and asked to show ID. ID information is written down along with your cell/phone number. Resolution Sought Where are my results? Please look into this lab to see if they are legitimate as they are also collecting ID info and contact information from each person. Do not want any of personal information to be sold or compromised in anyway.
