I did order a brand new automobile Honda HR-V two months ago. I went to Honda of Lake Murray to pick it up. I did find three issues. Car has a scratch Car has few dirty spot en the driver seat side. Car has been drove and add 125 miles. Dealership provide really bad service to customers and poor judgment bout quality and attention to detail. Instead pay to deliver the car they "sale management " decide to drive from another dealership to Honda of Lake Murray. Lock or inspect and verify car condition prior to deliver the car to costumer . This deceptive business practices make me unhappy customer Resolution Sought A brand new car clean and only up to 5 miles, this was my fourth Honda I was going to buy it
