I came to Steve white motors dealership for an oil change. After the change I got into my truck and left the lot and the engine was very muffled and I had no acceleration. I returned the truck and stated the problem. It was rushed back and worked on by another mechanic. He was in panic saying look man I wasn't the one who worked on it. I called and complained and they looked it over and found an issue that I already knew about. I went back for another look over because I lost coolant from a hose above the oil filter. The gm was like we already looked over this and now your fishing to get free labor and parts. I said ok I will get the hose fixed and the issue I knew about. I asked what happened that day to my vehicle and he refused to tell me. He kept referring back to when they looked at it and the problem it already had. I kept asking why did my truck sound like that and had problems. He said he doesn't know and will not find out and ran inside. Resolution Sought I would like to know what went wrong on the day of my oil change and see footage of the garage to see if they put oil back into my truck. They rushed it back after I returned and in 15 minutes it was fine. I just want to know what happend. Did I drive it a mile without oil , am I gonna have problems down the road with this and who is responsible if they forgot to put oil back into my truck.
