I would like the business to give me other car because I paid for the 1st car and the timing chain went out so they just pick out other car for me without me I have had to put the car n the shop several times to be fixed n I'm a fixed income I have spend more fixing the car then paying for it they have lied about several times to me the owner never is there the woman at the desk is very rude on today I was explaining about the car to her n she was saying stuff like so what u want me to do about it n the hung up the phone on me in I wasn't even done talking for months I have tried to explain to them for months they have poor communicate with people they have no sympathy for others I would like something done about this I have suffered for months with this car n one time the woman said on the phone we didn't have to give u other car n told me I wouldn't get my money back so please help I will greatly appreciate it very much Resolution Sought I would like other car or my money back or could they just work me towards getting other vehicle.

At Steve's Auto Sales, we sell all cars As-Is. As-Is sticker was signed by Ms. Mcbride. The first car did have problems so we let her pick another car of equal value out of the kindness of my heart. My sales manager has talked to her numerous amount of times and explained to her.
