They don't send out bills every month. They don't answer their phone or answer their business door even during business hours. They expect people to pay their bills but don't send out what I owe. This has happened multiple times. I still don't know what exactly I owe for this month or any other time. Resolution Sought I want my bills sent to me monthly. They need to learn how to run a business correctly or hire someone who can, maybe just shut the place down if neither can be done. They're the only trash service around here so I have no other options unless they shut down.
