I would like to help shut this business down or maybe find a new owner.

I went in for a post mates order and they guy started harassing me to get my bag out of my car and starts screaming that I'm a liar and when I tried to cancel the order he sounded this really loud horn. I got scared turned around to see that this guy is basically chasing after me as I'm already out of the building and made it a point to make his gun visible on his hip. There are a ton of stories on Yelp, Google and Facebook with people and their almost similar stories. This guy needs to be shut down and charged for harassment. Not to mention the place was filthy.

Message: I would like to respond to this complaint of our pizza place called Stevos pizza and ribs. Complaint was by Alicia Velasquez (below). I want to point out that Alicia Velasquez is NOT a customer, but a delivery driver for a company we work with called postmates. Postmates has a policy that their drivers have an insulated bag to deliver the food hot. Here is our response: Dear Alicia Velasquez, Thank you for taking the time to voice your concerns. After reading your report and viewing our security system, we have a good idea of what happened. We know that postmates policy is that the driver use an insulated bag to keep the food hot, postmates issues these bags for free to their drivers.. You were asked 4 times to please produce the bag. Our manager then asked you to leave 3 times. You continued to be disruptive and would not get your bag ( if you indeed had it ). You finally left while still yelling. Our manager opened the door and told you that he was going to report you to postmates. We apologize for him doing that...he could have just called them without telling you. We have touched base with postmates and they confirmed to us that they would take care of the situation. We allow our manager to open carry a firearm. The video shows that he never touched it or mentioned it. We are sorry that this ended like it did. Unfortunately having drivers use an insulated bag is very important to us because it protects the integrity of the food. stevos pizza
