Store not open on time

Store was to be opened at 4.30 am. I stood out side until 4.45 am. I brought can returns totaling $1.85. I was only giving $1.50. This is not the first time this has happened. It's the same woman every time. February 2, 2020. Relieve the worker that does not start her job on time and is stealing customers money.
