I rented a apartment from this company and I'm a section 8 recipient, a month after moving in I started noticing issues with the unit such as black mold inside and outside the unit, the foundation of the unit is shifting, one of the rooms in the unit wall is rotted, molded, and soiled in dog urine from neighbors upstairs. One of the office staff was aware of issues before renting and because the person knew someone with the housing inspection the inspector passed the unit I have photos and videos of the unit this apartment is in condemned status Resolution Sought Placed me somewhere else and reimbursement of rent paid due to the conditions of the unit I had to endure the whole time leasing
