I ordered a 7.5 men. On the receipt that was sent to me by stockx it clearly states i ordered a 7.5 women. You can not choose a women sizes period, it’s only men sizes. Why would i order a shoe too small for myself and pay $400? That makes no sense. Then i see where it says 14 days of receiving these item, it can be returned but i was told in chat that once i purchased the shoes it became a final sale. I have shopped with stockx many times before and always ordered a 9w or 7-7.5m. What is so hard with exchanging the shoes? I’m not asking for money back. I will even pay for shipping myself. I want to buy not sell shoes. If i can not exchange these shoes with you, i will gladly start a civil lawsuit. This is too much money to take from someone. I have all the proof from the stockx chat and receipts and i contacted stockx the same day that i received the wrong size shoe. JUST GIVE ME MY CORRECT SIZE… PLEASE and Thank you. It’s not hard.

This company Stock X charged me for some shoes that I didn't give consent to nor was interested in buying, however my youngest son placed an bid on some shoes that was not his size and didn't have consent nor knowledge of what he was doing and I didn't get notified of it until I received a notification with a confirmation number on a item I don't want. Resolution Sought Give me a refund for the item I didn't purchase.
