I purchased the car, and I really didn't want the gap insurance or the extended warranty but I was told I had to have it for a Credit Acceptance to give me a loan, so I took it!. I put 2800 down deposit for the vehicle, three weeks after having that I was hit which wasn't my fault State Farm paid off the car but I never got an appropriate prorate refine for my $3000 two-year warranty that I only had the car for three weeks and I lost my $2800 deposit. I didn't get a penny of it so I had a car for three weeks and they cost me $2800. that just can't be right. I will never shop at Stokes again. I bought three cars two from Honda one from Volkswagen and I'll never do it again. They don't call me back first they said that they would do it then they changed your mind so I had to call them it's a cluster fuck and I just never gonna do a child by families are gonna do a job search Amelia social medias gonna know about my situation because it's not fair. Resolution Sought I believe I need my deposit back because I don't have a vehicle for three weeks. I believe that they should refund the $2800 two-year warranty that I only have for three weeks that would be fair. I lost $2800. I can't even buy another car Ever everyone I know is going to hear about this social media family it's gonna hurt in the long run.
