Company failed to provide data for a permit in my township. They could not start on 08/13/21 as planned because no permit. They made a weak attempt with a drawing on a PDF but it did not meet township standards and was refused. I have not heard from the company in over 2 weeks. The completion date was to 09/13/2021. I want my deposit back and the contract voided out. Resolution Sought I want my 600.00 returned and the contract voided out.
