Customer Complaint

Paid for complete truck color change, change rocker panels/cab corners, bed, tailgate and fenders. Provided new rocker panels, cab corners ,bed , doors, fenders. Got it back and parked it for the winter. Got it out this spring and found left rear door paint cracked, tailgate full of seam seal. Left front fender and hood full of rust under the paint… left cab corner is crooked to the door. Very disappointing for the amount of money that was spent. Resolution Sought Complete sand blast and repaint of the truck. To make it and the body work that was done worth the 15000.00 that I paid for the job in the first place

We have already advised this customer that we are willing to correct the areas of concern pertaining to the body work completed by our collision center. Our current schedule is booked until late November, if the customer would like to call and schedule a time for the areas of concern to be readdressed please call Steve Eastman, Collision Center Manager, 802-388-9961 to schedule these repairs. Further, please be advised that a "complete sand blast and repaint" as requested in this complaint is not warranted given the nature of this repair and due to the fact that the customer supplied their own used parts which carried no guarantee or warranty.
