Stonebrook Apartments complaints

I moved to this apartment last July. 1year lease. In December a neighbor started excessively smoking cigarettes, pot, and a 3rd substance and it enters my apartment through the bathroom. You can see the smoke. It makes me sick. I've complained to the on-site manager. I've called security. I printed a no smoking flyer and put them on doors. I've called the police and they deemed it to be civil but still wrote a report due to legal concerns -threatening my livelihood and my legal guardianship that I have on a loved one. The on-site manager told me there was no evidence of my claims as she held the police report that confirmed everything. I then reached out to the management company, Northstar Properties. I thought they would do something but they've made it hard to communicate. So I drove to Northstar Properties offices. I had what I thought was a good conversation but still nothing has been done. I've emailed many times since with no responses. I've bought an air purifier but the smoke is too much for it even though it's a shark. I've shown them vet bills bc it has given my furbaby a cough. I have concerns that it's causing more harm to him. I've been leaving every weekend if possible. I've packed what I can. I've been as noisy as I can that there's a serious problem causing me to be sick and ruining my belongings. I work for an alternative court program and cannot have this in my life. I am living in my bedroom. I cannot turn my heat nor air on because it will make it worse Resolution Sought Pay to move me to a safe environment. Backpay me for my rent since December. Pay me for vet visits, there will be a future one to ensure my cat is ok, pay me for the emotional torment I've had to endure. This has been awful and I've felt like I haven't had a home since December. This situation does violate my "peaceful enjoyment " that is in the Oklahoma tenant rights.
