I took my car to the dealership to program a key they quoted me a $50.00 fee for the service after having it for several hous they called and said they had to consult someone and the cost went to $275.00. After paying and driving my car home i had checked the fluids because it was driving extremely rough all of my fluids were gone drained completely, as my daily driver i notice things such as fluids being low they put my car on a lift and put it in the air to program a key? And when i got it back i had 0 coolant, 0 oil, 0 power steering fluid and when i called back to ask they said they put it in the air because they noticed a few drops on the ground. As i was inspecting the fluids at home there was fresh oil on the head gasket cover and on the oil drain plug. I refuse to pay for a service if it cost me even more to fix the problems they caused while programming my key this is the most obvious acts of a disservice anyone could ever have seen Resolution Sought I would like an entire refund on the services done so i can fix the issues that were caused by the shop which cost even more than the service that was actually done.
