The company sent a flatbed to pick up a car with a broken axle

The company sent a flatbed to pick up a car with a broken axle. Attached the car to the end of the flatbed making it impossible to maneuver narrow turns. The driver dropped the car facing the wrong direction, 3ft away from curb and on top of driveway knowing very well we couldn't move the car. Apologize. It was their error for sending the wrong truck with an inexperienced driver
