Re-negotiated Price AFTER goods were loaded; Damage Claim Never Paid

I would give them ZERO stars if possible Whatever you do, steer clear of this business. After my goods were loaded they told me how much more it was going to cost, when you have no recourse whatsoever. My goods were damaged and the claims man, Mr Robert Brown, put us off for months about how the claim was being processed but NEVER paid out. I have moved multiple times and never dealt with a company as disreputable as this. Afterwards when I was having trouble I investigated them on the web and found that they had a horrible reputation. *****DO NOT USE STORAGE AND RELOCATION !!!!!*****
